Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product only if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be damaged or defective, we may provide a replacement after verification.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Unboxing video (if applicable)
  • Order details

Refund Process

If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be issued.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
